PTFE （聚四氟乙烯）俗稱塑料王、F4、或鐵氟龍。采用懸浮聚四氟乙烯樹脂經模壓成型制得可制成板材、車削膜、管。可壓制推制成型。可與石墨等混合制成板、棒、盤根、繩、生料帶。
特性：
1.使用溫度范圍十分廣泛(攝氏從-200度到+260度)。
2.基本上對所有化學物質都具抗腐蝕性除了一些氟化物和堿性金屬液。
3.極好的機械性能包括抗老化性特別對于彎曲和擺動方面應用。
4.杰出的阻燃性 (符合ASTM-D635 和 D470測試步驟, 在空氣中被規為阻燃材料。
5.優良的絕緣特性(無論其頻率和溫度如何)
